NioGold Mining Corporation (TSX-V: NOX) is a Canadian junior mineral exploration company with a primary focus on gold.

NioGold has recently consolidated a large 55 km² land package in the prolific Val-d’Or and Malartic Gold Mining Camps, located in the Abitibi region of Northern Quebec. These camps lie along the famous 200 km long Larder Lake – Cadillac Deformation Zone that hosts a number of current and former world-class gold producers such as the Lakeshore, Macassa, Kerr-Addison, Doyon, Bousquet, La Ronde, East-Malarctic, Kiena and Sigma-Lamaque mines yielding more than 95,000,000 ounces of gold since the early 1900’s.

NioGold’s recent acquisitions firmly establish the company as a major player in the area. The land holdings encompass past gold producers and undeveloped gold zones that offer the opportunity to rapidly define mineral resources. The grounds also cover large under-explored sectors located along known mineral trends deemed highly prospective by NioGold for new gold discoveries.

NioGold has completed an aggressive exploration program including 13,300 metres of drilling.
